28 Aug 2010 Start with a package of T-shirt transfer paper, available at office supply. This gives a similar effect on wood, ceramics, metal, glass etc without the use of heat. The white background gives much sharper contrast to photos. I want to place some letters on a t-shirt(white ones). on yellow paper(so I can see if this is working) before I print it on my transfer paper. You leave that area blank (white, without color) so the T sheet shows through. It has a soft white film background to hide the colour of the fabric. Simply print your image with an inkjet printer, cut out your design with a contour (plotter) cutter.
